Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a contagious respiratory illness that can be passed from person to person. COVID-19 is caused by a novel coronavirus that was discovered during an outbreak investigation in Wuhan, China, and has since spread rapidly throughout the world to become the first coronaviral pandemic. COVID-19 affected nearly 128,565 people on October 21, 2020. In Morocco, there were 2,263 fatalities and 106,044 recoveries. Our case demonstrated that a patient with no medical history can recover from COVID-19 infection with simple treatment of Vitamin C, Zinc, and Azithromycin. It also emphasises the possibility of silent progression of the pulmonary attack, leading us to the conclusion that radiological control must be systematic for all Covid-19 infections, regardless of severity. Finally, to reduce the transmission of Covid-19 between couples, it is beneficial to reduce sexual encounters, wear a mask, and increase physical distance during sleep.
