Employees in the Blora Regency secretariat office, totaling 150 employees, 60 employees were taken as respondents. The analytical tool used is regression with SPSS software version 16 and path analysis. The results of the study found that organizational culture, work environment, extrinsic motivation and job satisfaction have an influence to increase work performance.
