By accessing and using the Journal Issues platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms
Author Responsibilities
- Ensure submitted work is original and not published elsewhere
- Properly cite all sources and avoid plagiarism
- Disclose any conflicts of interest
- Obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted materials
- Comply with all ethical guidelines for research
Reviewer Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of review materials
- Provide objective, constructive feedback
- Declare any conflicts of interest
- Complete reviews within agreed timelines
Payment Terms
Article Processing Charges
- APC invoices are issued upon manuscript acceptance
- Payment must be received before publication
- All payments are non-refundable
- Waivers and discounts may apply based on eligibility
- Late payments may delay publication
Copyright and Licensing
- Authors retain copyright of their work
- Articles are published under Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license
- Authors grant Journal Issues right of first publication
- Proper attribution must be given when reusing content
Limitations of Liability
- We provide services "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
Changes to Terms

- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- We will notify users of significant changes
