Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of employees with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Employees in the Blora Regency secretariat office, totaling 150 employees, 60 employees were taken as respondents. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula with the two-stage random sampling method. The first stage is stratified random sampling and the second stage is proportional random sampling. The analytical tool used is regression with SPSS software version 16 and path analysis. The results of the study found that organizational culture, work environment, extrinsic motivation and job satisfaction have an influence to increase work performance.
